4th place at Masters Tennis Europe and Fair Play Award |
Živa Falkner is the only Slovenian player who in October in Italy qualified for the Masters Tennis Europe in age groups 14&Under and 16&Under. In her age group U-14 she finished in 4th place and received also a special award for fair play. |

At the Junior European Single Championship for girls U-14 taking place in Plzn, Czech Republic in July 2016 Živa and Pia Lovrič won 3rd place in doubles, in singles Živa was placed among the top 5 players of this important international tournament. |

Živa won 3rd place in the prestigeous international Tennis Europe Category 1Tournament BNP PARIBAS Cup which was held in July in Paris. In the semi-final Živa defeated the first seeded Chinese Qinwen Zeng. |

The Tennis Europe Category 1 Tournament for players 14&Under took place in May in Piestany, Slovakia. Živa competed with the six strong players, also the first seeded Slovakian Romana Cisovska. Živa defeated her in the final match in three sets. In doubles Živa together with the Latvian Kamila Bertone won 2nd place. |

In the international Tennis Europe Category 1 Tournament held in May 2016 in Rakovnik, Czech Republic, Živa won two 2nd places in the group girls U-14. In the singles she played in the final against the British Holly Fisher, in the doubles she won 2nd place together with the Slovenian Pia Lovrič. |

Živa celebrated two victories in the international Tennis Europe Tournament for players 12&Under in Bordeaux, France. In doubles she won together with the promising Maltese Helene Pellicano. In the singles she defeated the No1 French player U-12 Cecile Morin. |
